The Rucksack Walk is a concept I love, that was devised by Steve Mann, a renowned dog trainer and author of the “Easy Peasy” series of dog training books. Steve created this little routine based on his observations on what dogs wandering freely on the streets in the city of Cuzco in Peru actually do throughout the day.
